This notice explains how personal data is processed on this website and in the VerwaltKlar product. All data is processed and stored in Europe.

2. Using this website
When you access the website, technically necessary data is processed so the page can be delivered and operations kept secure. This website uses no advertising tracking.
3. Contact and application form
When you apply as a partner property manager or write to us, we process the details you provide — such as company, contact person, contact details and information about your portfolio — solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is the initiation or performance of a contractual relationship and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
4. Reports via the chat channel
Tenants report issues through a messenger. The data processed is what's needed to handle the case: the description, category, affected building and unit, uploaded photos and stated availability. The chat states at the outset that these details are shared with the responsible property manager. The messaging channel itself is operated by the respective messenger provider and subject to their terms.
5. Use of AI
AI is used to process a report: for the guided conversation, understanding the description, proposing category and urgency, and extracting data from documents such as leases and invoices. No automated decision with legal effect takes place — commissioning and approval are done by people.
6. Sharing of data
Details from a report are shared with the responsible property manager and, where necessary to carry out the work, with the suggested trade business. A trade business only receives data for the case it was suggested for. No data is shared for advertising purposes.
7. Processors and storage location
We use service providers for operations and storage who act for us under data processing agreements. Processing and storage take place in European data centres.
8. Retention
Personal data is deleted once the purpose of processing no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
9. Data security
Data is encrypted in transit and in storage. Access is bound to roles and checked on the server, so each role only sees the data it requires.
10. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Please contact the address given in the Impressum.
